Cradle Lacrosse
Cradle Lacrosse is the ultimate introduction to lacrosse. Our mission is to teach the basic skills of lacrosse in a fun, energizing and engaging environment. Cradle Lacrosse is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 4-8 years old. We have developed an innovative curriculum focused on helping young players build confidence and succeed. Our lesson plans allow players to learn through fast-paced games and activities. Staff members are experienced educators that are passionate, caring and supportive mentors. Skills Developed Through Our Curriculum
- Proper hold and grip of a stick
- Cradle, scoop, catch and throw
- Dodging and stick protection
- Shooting form and technique
- Hand-eye coordination
- Confidence and sportsmanship
- Program Fee: $130 + Club Membership
All participants must have a current Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue membership.
