Scholarships

We understand that not everyone can afford program fees. Therefore, we have set up a scholarship system for those who need assistance. If you are eligible for a scholarship you will only have to pay a percentage of the program fee.
What do I need to do?
To be eligible for a scholarship you must be a current member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue and meet the family size/yearly income requirements set by our organization.  Submit completed Scholarship Application with a copy of your most recent W2 form or a copy of your most recent tax returns.

Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis
and a limited number of scholarships will be available.
You must register on-line for each program in addition to completing a scholarship request. A scholarship application alone does not register the participant, nor does it reserve space in a program. Registrations are processed in the order received. You will be notified once your application for scholarship has been received and reviewed.
What if I do not have my W-2 tax form?
We request you bring in any forms you have that show your income such as a months worth of paycheck stubs, unemployment papers, etc. However, we do prefer you bring your W-2 form. If you have questions about this, please contact the Club at 425-454-6162.
*We recommend you sign-up for a program before you bring your application and tax information to the Club. Select "Pay In Person" during the registration. When you come into the Club with your application and income information you can pay for the program then and receive the scholarship rate.
*Your scholarship rate is valid until February 1st. Scholarships must be updated each year.
We also offer *contract payment* options. With a contract you must first sign up for the program(s), then we can set up a contract for you to make installments on the payment until it has been paid off.
