WOLVERINES

Kids play in this league if they live in West Bellevue, in the Bellevue High School attendance area. Practices for Wolverines begin August 14th and games will begin September 9th and will be every Saturday through playoff games in November. Wolverines must commit to all practices. Important Dates and Events to plan for:

May 22nd and 24th - Equipment fitting and hand out.

July 28th - Helmet Pick Up

The remainder of the each players gear will be issued at this time.

August 14^th - First Practice

For the first three weeks practices are Monday through Friday.
It is very important that players attend ALL practices, especially during the first three weeks. Player positions and playing time are largely determined during this time period. PLEASE plan vacations prior to the start of practice.

August 25^th - Jamboree (Practice Game)

September 4^th - First day of school

Practices change to Tues-Thu-Fri

September 8^th - First Game

November 5^th - First round of playoffs

All teams participate

November 17^th - Championship Day

Kids play in this league if they live south of I-90 and in the Newport High School attendance area. Practices for the Knights begin August 14th and games will begin September 8th and will be every Saturday through playoff games in November.

Important Dates and Events to plan for:

Equipment Issued in Early August (dates to be determined)

A $200 equipment deposit will be collected. Checks only please. First year players need to bring a copy of their birth certificate for the system to keep. All players will be weighed at this time to verify their age/weight playing level. Teams within levels will be split if necessary based upon school attended.

August 14^th - Opening Day Ceremony and First Practice. All practices will be at Robinswood, 6:30 to 8:30 PM

Preseason practices are Tuesday the 14th through Friday 17th, Monday the 20th through Friday the 24th and Monday the 27th through Friday the 31st.

2008 Registration opens March 4th.

Each team is limited to the first 26 players, so register now to reserve your spot!

Information night for new players on Monday, March 17th at 7:00pm at the Main Bellevue Boys and Girls Club located at 209 100th Ave NE.
