Tae Kwon Do
Program Overview
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean art that emphasizes kicking techniques.  It is also an Olympic sport that teaches people to develop the positive aspects of their own personality through respect, courage, self control, confidence, and patience. It is a great workout that involves light contact sparring, self defense, and forms all in a very fun way. The instructor is a first degree black belt who has been studying and teaching Tae Kwon Do for 15 years. She has competed on a national level and has coached many students in national tournaments and the junior Olympics.

 
Program Information
Beginners: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00  $50/month
Intermediate/Advanced: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00 – 8:00 $55/month
Sessions are monthly, Sign-ups are monthly.
Ages:  5 and up
Space is limited!
