Judo
Program Description
Judo means “Gentle Way”. Learn from Harold Yamada’s 30 year tenure with the sport of Judo. Harold will teach students, ages 5-17, how to efficiently use their balance, leverage, and movement to perform Judo throws and other basic skills. Learn how Judo can be an art and a “way of life” in a fun, disciplined, and recreational format. Judo uniforms are required and can be purchased directly from the instructor.
Instructor
