Project Learn
Project Learn reinforces the skills and knowledge young people learn throughout the school day. Project Learn includes POWER HOUR, a comprehensive homework assistance program.  Each day, programs are offered in 5 core areas: Education, Sports Fitness & Recreation, The Arts, Health and Life Skills and Character and Leadership Development.Â
Youth of the Month
Stevenson is proud to announce
Levi as Youth of the Month. Levi has been coming off and on to the Stevenson
Boys & Girls Club for a few years now and he is always a pleasure to have
around. Levi is eager to help when help is needed, he does a great job during
Power Hour with always staying on task and his willingness to help other is
obvious. He always brings his positive attitude and is a great role model for
all members; young and old. Congrats Levi, thank you for all your hard work!
This Month at Stevenson
The Pacific Science Center will
be wrapping up their outdoor education program with the 3rd-5th graders. In May
our Programs will include all 3 Triple Play Programs - Mind, Body, and Soul. We
will continue our SMART programming for Girls, Boys, and Kids. Our Art Focus
this month will be to continue to build on the skills we have been learning
throughout the year and will continue to explore Digital Arts as well. Members
will also participate in Dramam Matter and Cooking Club. BGCB Soccer will take
place every Wednesday from 2:30 - 4:30. Members from other sites will come to
our Club to play or we will travel to other sites. And, of course, there will be
Power Hour Mon - Thurs from 3:15 - 4:15 and Fridays from 3:15-4:00pm.

Announcements
The
last day of Project Learn at Stevenson BGC will be Friday, June 11th. Also,
Summer Camp registration is now open online. Please check out the Summer Camp
section to learn more about Summer Camp. Summer Camp locations will be at the
Main Club (downtown Bellevue), South Bellevue Community Center (Factoria side of
Bellevue), Lake Hill Elementary and Bennett Elementary.
