Teens will have the
experience of a lifetime this summer! They will gain new
independence and cultivate friendships while traveling to local
attractions and far away places. Each week professional
staff create age-appropriate activities and trips which promote
individual growth, responsibility, leadership
and confidence in your youth. Teens will not only be
participating in daily character and team-building activities
but will do so while spending their days traveling the
greater Puget Sound area exploring famous Washington landmarks
and geological formations. Fun will be had at Pike Place Market,
Cougar Mountain, Discovery Beach, and much more!

Jr. Staff Program at
Main Club & Camp Ardmore
Boys
and Girls Clubs of Bellevue’s Jr. Staff program is
designed for members entering grades 10-12 who have a
desire to work with younger children and be peer
leaders. The program includes opportunities for members
to participate in ‘traditional’ camp activities under
the supervision of professional staff. Jr. Staff will
develop their leadership skills as they lead camp
activities, and assist staff with the supervision of
younger members. Members that complete the program will
have a new set of leadership skill as well as the
confidence to try new leadership positions in other
areas of their lives.
Cost: $25 per
session + current membership

Camp Staff
Our
summer camp staff are experienced youth development
professionals and are positive role models for your
teen.
Each camp has counselors trained for its age group and
specifically chosen for the program they supervise.
Financial
Assistance
Boys & Girls Club of Bellevue, in
conjunction with other youth services, has scholarships
available for kids to attend summer camp. Low to moderate income
families may apply for a 2008 scholarship at our Main Office.
The Club reserves the right to make sure that as many kids as
possible get the opportunity to attend summer camp. Therefore,
we limit scholarships to only two camp sessions.
Registration
Information
Each child must have a current
Club membership valid through the camper’s last day of camp.
The first session must be paid in full at the time of

the start of each camp session. A late fee will be charged to
payments not made on time. All participants must have Club
Membership through the end of Summer 2008.
