Teen Programs
Voyager
Voyager summer camp is a fun way to spend your summer with good friends and great staff. Voyager is for grades 7th thru 9th. Programming consists of daily field trips to local parks, beaches and special trips to businesses, festivals and sporting events. The trips are not just for fun but are also learning experiences as well. Participants get to tour the facilities and learn what it takes to have a career in these fields. We will be touring colleges this summer as well. The Voyager program runs from 9-3:30 Monday thru Friday and participants are encouraged to join our Drop-in program at the Teen Center when they return. Drop-in is open until 8pm. Early drop off hours are available in the morning for a small fee. So, come join the fun this summer and don’t miss out on a great experience with Voyager!

Junior Staff Program
Boys and Girls Clubs of Bellevue’s Jr. Staff program is designed for members entering grades 10-12 who have a desire to work with younger children and be peer leaders. The program includes opportunities for members to participate in ‘traditional’ camp activities under the supervision of professional staff. Jr. Staff will develop their leadership skills as they lead camp activities, and assist staff with the supervision of younger members. Members that complete the program will have a new set of leadership skill as well as the confidence to try new leadership positions in other areas of their lives.
Registration Information
Each child must have a current Club membership valid through the camper’s last day of camp. The first session must be paid in full at the time of registration. Each additional session requires a $25.00 deposit which is non-refundable. Camp fees must be paid two weeks before the start of each camp session. A late fee will be charged to payments not made on time. All participants must have Club Membership through the end of Summer 2011.
Drop In
Programs are always FREE. The Teen Center is open to youth ages 13-19. We are committed to offering a SAFE and progressive space for all youth to play, create and express themselves. To enable this we simply ask that you sign-in at the front door when you arrive.
Music Advisory/Music Internship
Every Thursday from 6 - 8 pm, The Teen Center hosts a Music Advisory Meeting. This is a place for interested teens to share new music, new show ideas and learn about their local music scene. This is a great way to get started volunteering at local shows and to network with other like-minded individuals. You will learn about promotion, recording, show staffing and be exposed to new local and non-local music. The Music Intern program is also a volunteer opportunity where teens learn how to manage, book and promote concerts as well as gain knowledge about our local Seattle music community. Please email Nick Merz for more information.
Music Lessons
We are now offering music lessons for Guitar,Bass, and Drums. There will be beginner and advanced lessons available. If you are interested in making your own stickers and buttons or silk screening we will have classes available as well. Please see the attached link for class times and fees.
