Caterpillars Preschool Class

Ages: 3-4 Yrs

All children must be 3 years old by August 31, 2023.

The Caterpillars class provides children with opportunities for exploration through age-appropriate activities and through interactions with adults and other classmates. This environment that encourages the development of acceptable social skills and learning habits will foster the growth of self-confidence in each child. A snack is provided each day and members bring their own lunch to enjoy together to conclude their day.

Butterflies Pre-Kindergarten Class

Ages: 4-5 Yrs

All children must be 4 years old by August 31, 2023.

The Butterflies class provides children with developmentally appropriate experiences that prepare them for Kindergarten. They are designed to facilitate a child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical attributes. A variety of activities focus on emergent reading skills, number and letter recognition, sign language, science, and creative arts. A snack is provided each day and members bring their own lunch to enjoy together to conclude their day.

Minimum Enrollment Required to Open Classes

Great Futures Preschool has a minimum enrollment for each class that must be met in order to operate for the 2023/2024 school year. The decision as to whether or not class will open on September 5 will be made by August 1, 2023.

Great Futures Preschool will be CLOSED for the following Holidays and Breaks:

October 13, 2023
November 10, 2023
November 23 - 24, 2023
December 20, 2023 - January 1, 2024
January 15, 2024
February 19 - 23, 2024
April 8 - 12, 2024
May 27, 2024

Inclement Weather

If Bellevue School District (BSD) cancels classes due to inclement weather, Great Futures Preschool will be closed.

If BSD opens 1 hour late, Great Futures Preschool will also open 1 hour late.

If BSD opens 2 hours late, Great Futures Preschool will be closed.

Withdrawal Information

If you need to withdraw your child from the program we require 30 days written notice in the form of a completed Withdrawal Request (linked below).  Your Site Director can provide you with a device to complete the form on-site.  If less than 30 days notification is received, the last day of attendance will be considered 30 days from the date of notice and tuition fees will be required to be paid for that time.  Membership fees are non-refundable.
