Summer Camp Transfers & Withdrawals
Camp transfer and refund policies below are outlined in all program registrations.

CAMP TRANSFERSRegister for the wrong camps or age group? Complete a registration for the correct camps and then submit a withdrawal request for the ones you no longer need. Submit a withdrawal or refund request.
REFUND REQUESTSRefund requests submitted two (2) weeks before the start of camp will be issued a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Refund requests submitted less than two (2) weeks before the start of camp, will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once camp begins. Membership fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be added to your Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue account to use towards a future program or sent to your address in check form. Check refunds may take 4-6 weeks to reach your requested address. Submit a withdrawal or refund request. |
