                                                                        Financial Assistance 

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue, we believe every child deserves access to our programs—regardless of financial circumstances. We offer financial assistance covering 20% to 90% of program fees, based on eligibility.

Financial Assistance Expiration: June 1

Financial Assistance Renewal Period Begins: April 1

 

Eligibility Requirements

 

• Youth must have a current Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue membership. 
   (Financial assistance does not cover membership fees)

• Meet income and family size criteria (internal guidelines)

• All information provided for the Financial Assistance Application process is kept strictly confidential.

 

How to Apply


For licensed locations (Ardmore Elementary & Newport Heights Elementary), families must apply for WCCC before applying for Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue financial assistance. Check : How to apply with WCCC
 

FOR ALL OTHER LOCATIONS FOLLOW THE INSTURCTIONS:

•Log in to your Parent Portal.

• At the top of the page, select “Update Your Profile."

• Select ONE child from the household list. One financial assistance application will cover the whole family.

• Under “Form to Update,” choose “Financial Assistance Application."

• Complete and submit all required documents.

🕒 Please allow up to 14 business days for approval. Processing times may take longer during during renewal periods.

❗Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

🚨Applications will be cancelled if incomplete or if required documents are not submitted within 3 weeks of starting the application.

 

Important Notes


• Submitting a financial assistance application does not register your child or reserve a spot in the program. Membership/Registration is required to attend any program.

• While your financial application is in process, do not pay full program fees. Select "Charge to Household" when completing a registration. This will play the balance on your account to pay later.

• If a program begins within 2 weeks, you are responsible to pay 10% of the program cost. This is the minimum financial responsibility for families.

 

Once Approved


• Financial assistance starts from the date you submit your application and can’t be applied to past programs fees.

• Your Parent Portal will display adjusted program fees based on your award level.

• Program fees will automatically reflect your financial assistance level at the time of registration.

 

Costs Not Covered by Financial Assistance


• Annual membership fee
   coverage available with Apple Health Insurance card

• Late pickup fees

• Field trip costs

• Materials fees

If your child has Apple Health insurance from any of the following providers, they may qualify for a free Club membership.
