Important Notes

• Submitting a financial assistance application does not register your child or reserve a spot in the program. Membership/Registration is required to attend any program.

• While your financial application is in process, do not pay full program fees. Select "Charge to Household" when completing a registration. This will pay the balance on your account to pay later.

• Most program fees are due 2 weeks before the start of the program. A 10% minimum payment is required to remain enrolled while your financial assistance application is being processed. This is the minimum financial responsibility for families.

Once Approved

• Financial assistance starts from the date you submit your application and can’t be applied to past programs fees.

• Your Parent Portal will display adjusted program fees based on your award level.

• Discounts are automatically applied at time of registration. This may not be reflected until the final payment page when completing a registration
