Withdrawal & Refund

 

WITHDRAWAL

Registered for the wrong program or camp?

Complete a registration for the correct program or camp and then submit a withdrawal request for the ones you no longer need.

 

How to submit:

• Log into your Parent Portal.

• At the top of the page, select "Submit a Form." If you do not see this option, select "More" and additional options will show.

• In the first drop down menu "Select Household Member," select the person you wish to withdraw.

• In the second drop down menu "Select Form to Update," select the program; Athletics, School-Year Programs, Summer Camp, etc.

• Complete the required questions.

 

 

REFUND

Refunds credits may be added to your Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue account to use towards a future program or sent to your address in the form of a check. Check refunds may take 4-6 weeks to reach your requested address.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

School Year

• Submitting a withdrawal request will be considered to be your 2-week notice unless you have specified a later date. 

Payment responsibility based on last day of attendance: 

 If the last day of attendance falls between the 1st-15th of the month, the monthly payment will be prorated to half.

 If the last day of attendance falls between the 16th-last day of the month, the monthly payment will be due in full.

Examples:

 If a withdrawal request is submitted on March 2, the last day of attendance would be considered March 16. Because this date falls between the 16th-last day of the month, you are responsible for March program fees in full.

 If a withdrawal request is submitted on March 20, the last day of attendance would be considered April 3. Because this date falls between the 1st-15th of the month, you are responsible for half of the April program fees.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 The last day to submit a withdrawal request for School Year Programs is May 15, 2026. No withdrawals or refunds will be processed following this date.

• A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount.

• Should your account balance remain past due for 60 days or longer, you will be withdrawn from the program.

 

 

Athletics

Seasonal Programs

• Refund request must be submitted by the end of the first week of practices will be issued a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

 

• Refund requests submitted before the first games will be issued a 50% refund.

 

• No refunds will be issued once games begin

 

Other Athletics Programs

• Refund policies vary for clinics and monthly programs. For details, please contact the Athletics Department at athletics@bgcbellevue.org.

 

 

 

Summer Camp

• Refund requests submitted more than two (2) weeks before the start of camp will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

 

• Refund requests submitted less than two (2) weeks before the start of camp will be eligible for a 50% refund.

 

• No refunds will be issued once the camp begins.

 

• Should your account balance remain past due for 14 days or longer, you will be withdrawn from the program.
