If you need to withdraw your child from the program, we require 14 days written notice. The last day to submit a withdrawal request is May 16, 2024. Email to submit a request.

If your child's withdrawal date falls between the 1st – 15th of the current month there will be no additional program tuition beyond the current month's dues, however, if your withdrawal date falls between the 16th and end of the month your household will be financially responsible for $225.00 per child for afterschool programs and $62.50 for before school programs. Membership fees are non-refundable.

If a 30-day notice can be provided that would be greatly appreciated by our organization so that we may offer your child’s spot to a family in need of afterschool care.

In the event your account balance remains past due for 60 days or longer your child will be withdrawn from the program.
