Mason has vast experience within youth services. Before his work at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue as our VP of traditional Clubs and Athletics, he was at non-profit Juma Ventures where he supported youth development for 14 years. Mason believes that spaces where kids feel a sense of belonging are extremely important, and his dedication to making a difference in the lives of youth is overall what led him to joining our team. We're lucky to have someone with such relevant and long-term experience on our leadership team!
